Like a pendulum, your moods shift back and forth, back and forth, but
always there is a fulcrum point bringing you back to balance.  Were it not for this point, you might
continue to tip until you toppled over, never to return to a sense of peace and
normalcy.  But yes, this point exists,
directly in the center of all things, all thoughts, all emotions, pulling you
back when you begin to swing too far.  Do
not fear; the center is there.  To move
beyond the swing, when the back and forth becomes too tiresome, rise above the
motion to that fulcrum point and rest a while. 
When you have experienced enough rest, return to experience being, but
perhaps without swinging so far now that you know the way home.
