So many light workers. 
In a company you have many levels. 
You have the worker bees, without whom nothing would get done.  You have the managers and clerical personnel
who take care of the day to day operations. 
You have the public relations people and the sales people who take
messages out to others.  Are they any
better or any more important than the worker bees?  Not at all … they merely have a different
skill set being put to best use.  Any
time that any member sees itself as better or lesser than another, the
organization is not optimized.  All are
necessary.  All play a role.  It is all one team.
