Are you always in a state of go, go, go? When do you stop, stop, stop? It becomes a habit to fill every moment. Have a second? Pick up your phone. Yes, we see you. All of you, and you would see us, or at the very least sense us, your angels, better if you would fill those empty moments not with a television, computer, or telephone screen, but with what those across the veil are attempting to put on the screen of your mind. It is there, amidst the noise. Stop, drop into a state of restfulness for a few moments here and there, and sense.

About 20 years ago I was asked to give a preach in the church I was attending. While contemplating the words ‘shut it the noise came to me. As I further contemplated a while download happened and I sort of required it did not come from my head but from my heart. I shared that understanding with the congregation of about 100 people and after had a good number of folk commenting commenting on how valid the powys was. Basically it was saying what your post says, stop, be still and listen. At that point in my life I realised that in general, we live our lives out of our head knowledge and we’re encouraged to do that. I began listening to my heart and eventually decided to leave the church and as a result, I found so many others who had begun experiencing similar intuition from the heart.
