Why is it a shock when you hear of the transition of one you know? One minute they are here and now in an instant they are seemingly gone. The sudden absence is deafening … incomprehensible to the human brain that expects a note to play on and on. And it does, dear one, but beyond the perception of the brain. You cannot see all the colors in the spectrum with the physical eyes or hear all the sounds of creation with your ears. The brain limits you from seeing that once the physical body no longer functions, that which enlivened it continues on. The shock of what you call “loss” is a result of the abruptness of this change in form, but that is all it is. They are not gone or lost at all. Hold this awareness in your heart as you adjust to this shift in your ongoing relationship.

You are so very loved.
