There is always more than one way to do a thing, more than
one way to respond.  The challenge occurs
when you become locked into habitual patterns.
It is human nature to then defend your way of doing something so that
when another proposes a different way, at times this comes as a shock.  Changing your way would require
adjustment.  Use this as a learning
tool.  Perhaps there is a better
way.  Could it be there is no right way
or wrong way after all?  Why, this would
require losing your self-imposed restrictions.
The result, no matter how the new choice turns out, is growth, simply
because you were willing to step outside of your box.
