There is no sacrifice too big when it comes to serving another.  Have not there been those you call heroes who
sacrificed their physical lives for another?
You call this “the ultimate sacrifice,” and indeed it may seem that way
for those left behind, but for the one who passed, it was merely a grand act of
love followed by many more, for they now exist in a world where love knows no
bounds.

If all of you in this physical world placed no bounds around love,
service would be the norm.  Giving of
yourselves would be no sacrifice at all.
You would simply be doing what comes naturally.  Those of you who give of yourselves
naturally, therefore, are indeed heroes in a land where a false sense of
separation rules.  Those who think in
terms of the self are living in a world of delusion.  Those who are self-less have remembered who
they are.

Heroes abound.  Any act you take
to love and serve another is a self-less act and is indeed heroic.
