To get more, you must give more. This is the law. And what is a spiritual law? An unerring “this is how it always works” rule you can depend on. Depend on this: The more love you give out, the more returns to you. The more kindness you exude, the more others are kind to you. Have you not seen this in action? If you are experiencing lack, unkindness, solitude, be cautious of becoming defensive. Do exactly the opposite and let down your defenses. Radiate what the soul knows as its birthright and a beautiful exchange of this nectar will be the result.

This same message came to me in a dream years ago. in the dream I could see every action which a person does spreads out like a wave across pond. Our actions are energy which cause waves that spread out to everyone; much the same as water in a pond would respond 💕 Eventually the waves come back to you!when a stone is thrown into it!

so true. It’s challenging to not be defensive when you see such unkindness happening in the world. Of course, never reciprocate unkindness but sometimes speaking out in defense needs to be said. Sometimes people’s attention needs to be awakened. Why can’t we just all love? I don’t understand.
Is defensive the same as withdrawn? I don’t lash out, but I am less inclined to interact with the world and people in it. I am tired of being others’ doormat, used for my generosity and discarded when my usefulness is used up.
