Flow.  Life is not stagnant or still, and neither are you.  Grasping at tree limbs as you flow with the river may cut your hands.  Lying back and going with the flow is far more peaceful.  “But I want …!” you cry as you grasp away.  Have you ever tried to hold onto water?  You can catch a bit to quench your thirst, but the rest does what water does:  it flows off the hand.  Enjoy the droplets of life that quench you for a while, and then enjoy the fresh flow that follows always.  Life is a flow, and you arise from the wellspring that never runs dry.  There is always enough to quench your thirst.  When you cease grasping and float you will never again go thirsty.

You are so very loved.
