How few are they
Who stop each day
And take the time to pray.

But if they knew
They’d stop and say
“Oh God, I come to you.”

For it is in the silence
That remembrance it returns
Of whence you came and who you are
And why the heart it yearns.

It yearns to be united
With that from which it came.
You call it Love, you call it Light
It’s God by any name.

When running ‘round you can forget
That which matters most –
The Spirit that’s inside you,
Your body’s one and only host.

So take a moment every day
Or more if you can spare,
And reconnect with Who You Are.
This relationship repair.

For until you do establish
Your connection with your Source
You will not know the greatest joy
That through you longs to course.
