Someone says to you, “I’m so disappointed,” and immediately you jump.  You wish to placate them.  You had done or said something which elicited their comment, and now it is your fault.  Or is it?  Will you now change your stance or allow them to feel what they are feeling?  Who causes your feelings?  Who causes theirs?  Where does it end?  “I’m so disappointed.”  Isn’t that interesting!
