What is the meaning of this word, “still”?  In a world of time and space, it refers to that which is ongoing.  A thing existed in the past and continues to do so in what you know as the present.  There is a hope, an expectation that it will continue to exist into the future.  And then death comes.  You wonder, “Are they still with me?”  And this is when the other meaning of “still” comes into play.  Still the mind.  Still the questioning.  Move awareness down, down, down to the depths of your being, to a place you may not have spent much time in your busy life until now when you desperately need to know, “Are they still here?”  Yes, dear one.  For you and they exist eternally beyond time, beyond past, present, and future as expressions of the great Stillness that arises as you, and them, and all that is for the joy of coming together in what you call love.  Love is the stillness.  Love knows no past, present, and future.  Love is the connection that speaks to you in the stillness and whispers, “How could I be anywhere but with you still?”

You are so very loved.
