Change disdain to compassion and see how that changes things for you. You cannot know what another has gone through or is facing in the moment you look upon them. Yet, you have likely experienced your own trials. This is the source of compassion. To wear another’s shoes is to feel them pinch. With compassion, perhaps you can find a way to lighten another’s load. At the very least, you will lighten your own outlook by finding that which unites you.

You are so very loved.
