You are not alone.  And does that not cause you challenges at times?  Those with whom you interact have a lifetime of experiences to which they have ascribed meaning, as do you.  When the meanings and emotions that accompany such clash, you experience dissonance.  Perhaps at these times you wish to be alone, but solitude is impossible in a reality in which there truly is no separation.  Do your interactions help you to grow?  They all can if you are willing to examine what is truly at play here.  Children play by rolling in the mud.  If you are going to play the human experience, at times you will get muddy.  Do no harm as you grow from each interaction.

You are so very loved.
