You are used to instant gratification. The way information is instantly available makes waiting for rewards and results ever more challenging, does it not? You want to instantly feel better when waves of sadness fill awareness. What if the goal of the soul is not to feel better but to get better at feeling? Why, then, you would not want to instantly sedate or negate what you are experiencing. Notice it. Watch it. Observe with compassion the body’s responses to waves of emotions and become a master surfer. Do this often and observe any feelings of emptiness become fullness.

after having what I would call having a challenging day yesterday I set my alarm to spend time In journaling and giving thanks and Gratitude and how the day turned out. As it was truly your daily message popped up I decided to open it. It was just what I needed. Learning how to ride of emotion. Yesterday I had a hard time clearing my mind overwhelmed with fear and grief today I want to spend my day in gratitude and thinking the creator for walking me through my day. thank you for having these pop up on my screen. I know I signed up for them your foresight and compassion for other people touches my heart. Thank you!♥️
