If the mind wanders as you sit in the silence, bring it back to center with gratitude. Do not just think of one thing. Make a list and check it twice. As you go through the many things for which you are grateful, feel that energy of appreciation. As you do so, you are fortifying your energy field, building a force field that will help you when negativity in any form comes your way. By generating and focusing upon your long gratitude list, you are setting an intention by way of affirming that there is already much goodness in your life and you intend for it to continue. There. I got so excited this morning, when I saw the daily message. Yesterday I was worried about Suzanne, because yesterday the daily message was not posted. Yesterday when I opened this app the post for yesterday was there. I set the phone down to do something, came back and the post was gone! So I went to the email with the link to the website and the post is there.
I’m still in an early stage grieving process.. But father along than most.. Five month in and I am finishing my first semester of nursing school. I’m adamant about getting back to my garden and had my 5 yr old pick flowers for daddy that we are going to plant. We got 3 different kinds of Dahlias. I needed that message but aswell realized spirit was needing me to pay close attention to this one. The image is of a Dahlia in Bloom❤️ So very special ❤️
