eat-321671_640You cannot eat what you consider “junk” food and not feel poorly.  Consider carefully what you put into your body.  It is fuel for the mind and emotions as well as the engine.  Do you feel irritable and out of sorts after ingesting a lot of sugar?  Then modify your habits.  We will not tell you not to eat this or that, for each vehicle is different, and that vehicle will tell you quite clearly what it prefers, but are you listening?  A bad mood may have nothing to do with the circumstances around you and much to do with the chemicals within you.
