The body with its aches and pains distracts you from knowing the
greater aspect of you.  The mind with its
constant chatter distracts you from knowing the greater aspect of you.  Who is the real you?  Not even the soul which is formless.  That is a bit closer, indeed, to the fullness
of which you are, but even that has boundaries, for it has a vibration that is
identifiable to those who can see higher forms of energy.  The real you is boundless, timeless, beyond
words.  The real you is like the
cloudless sky.  The part with which you
identify is the passing clouds.  How do
you get to know the real you?  By sitting
in the silence and shutting out all that you presently identify as you.  There and then, when all of the clouds
dissolve, can you have but a taste of the experience that shows you how great,
how expansive you really are.  Look at a
sky filled with billions of stars and begin to get an idea of how magnificent
you are, for you are the sky which births those shining lights.
