You are reminded to remain steady in the storm. This does not mean to stand rigidly. If you do so, the next wave could easily knock you off your feet. A boat in a storm rocks from side to side or fore and aft, moving with the waves, not against them, and you are well advised to do the same. Bend your knees when your human brain wants you to stand rigidly. Bend them and flow over and with what comes. In doing so, you are part of the process of storming which is a natural part of life. Storms come and then they pass. Bend the knees and remain steady through the ups and downs and you will know you are so very loved.
