What instead of a list of all the things you wish for, all of the things you would like to change or to have, you had a list of all of the things for which you are grateful?  All this entails is a shift of focus, a movement of attention.  Either way, it is consciousness at play.  Whichever way you focus gives a completely different spin to your life:  lack or gratitude.  The choice is yours.  We are not saying that it is wrong to want change.  Life will change with or without the desire.  We are simply pointing out that often the human gets out of balance between wanting and gratitude.  Balance.  The word of the moment.
