Each moment flows into the next. Inexorably. At times there are cliffhangers. These are not always pleasant, yet there is something within you that knows something better is possible. Yes, dear one. This is LIFE with its ups and downs. Buckle your seatbelt for the ride and hold onto the soul’s awareness that all is in perfect order always. You are so very loved.

this is such a beautiful alignment as I was listening to Suzanne’s live podcast and was led to this app I had the app open and was in a conversation about Santa Cruz and Santa Monica Pier which made me look up Coney Island and all three and of course the roller coaster stand out and I find it beautiful how the ups and downs of Life remind me of the roller coaster and hold on for the ride Spirit you are beautiful thank you and thank you Suzanne for the gift you share with us all to bring us together through spirit
