Anticipation.  Yes, it keeps you from being present, but it can be quite delicious.  It can also have the opposite effect and fill you with fear.  You can make a choice whether or not to time travel into the future, but you do so at your own peril … go into the future and miss what is right here right now.  Perhaps you do not care to be present, for your interpretation of the present makes it painful.  Why then, all the more reason to find the part of herenow that never changes.  Finding this state, this ever-present state of be-ing is far more delicious than any anticipatory exercise in a future that will come and go.  Come now and be here.

You are so very loved.
