Do you find yourself disdaining others at times?  Do you look down your nose at them and think “less than” thoughts?  Do you know this is a projection of what you are not allowing yourself to think about yourself?  Now, the human side of you may rebel at this thought, and does that not make perfect sense?  If you are not allowing yourself to disdain yourself and think “less than” thoughts about yourself, then why would you admit to this?  But try this, why don’t you:  The next time you look down upon another, rise above the drama and see from the soul’s perspective.  At a soul level, and perhaps, if you are honest, at a human level as well, that other has some quite loveable traits, and so do you, if not in a different way.  Repeat after us:  “I am loveable, no matter what mistakes I have made or what I think of myself.  I am loveable because I arise from love.  I choose to love myself.”  If this becomes your mantra, we dare say you will begin to see others in a whole new way as well.  You are a work in progress.  Be kind to yourself, why don’t you?
