This is your time … the few minutes you set aside each day to sit quietly without distractions and simply be. You are not doing this? Then, perhaps you know stress. Does taking a break to be quiet and simply listen reduce stress? If, in doing so, you listen to the repetitive and self-deprecating thoughts that arise, it will. For in so doing, you will come to notice that something beyond the one you are maligning is doing the observing. And from this place of detachment, in time, you will find the part of you that is beyond time and come to truly know you are so very loved.
This is exactly what I needed to hear today. i’ve been working 15 hours a day at a new job and struggling to take mindful breaks. This allowed something to shift in me and bring ease into my body and mind. Thank you!

Thank you! Just a few seconds before I opened this, which I was guided to do, I had to give myself permission to just “be” this morning. I work two PT jobs and take care of two families. I deserved to take time out and take care of me and my soul.
