Where you place your focus is what you experience. Do you wish for the help of guides and angels? Talk to them. Ask them to walk with you moment by moment. Do you wish to sense a loved one who has passed? Call on them to sit beside you in the car as you drive and have a chat. Do you wish to experience God, the Source, the One? Wherever you place your focus, God is here, showing up in myriad ways, blessing all of your days. Are you noticing the blessings?

I have been meditating most mornings. I feel myself going deeper and deeper as if I am actually levitating off my chair. One morning if felt as if my ears opened up and I could see with them. Very strange but oh so wonderful!!
You are on the right track. Keep going deeper. When your in that state of body asleep mind awake you can pop out of your body. Keep up the good work and don’t forget to surround yourself with the white light. Peace
I do this a lot! Tapping on the chair next to me and asking “them” to sit down next to me…in the car or watching a favourite television show.

When we see chaos all around, how do we choose Our point of focus? I think 🤔 maybe my problem is my 1st assumption. That I am seeing Chaos. Maybe what I am seeing is an organized system changing into something new? 🤔 Also judging that suffering?Could it be that I am not seeing a larger picture at times? Yet, I do know want to disengage. How do I re-engage without judging?
