Yes, you know yourself as “I” and “me”, but these are two identifiers of the many selves the One Self you call “God” or “Source” takes on. What if you were to expand your point of view? If there is only one Mind within which all experience takes place, then you are not limited to that which is now being experienced seemingly from behind two fixed eyes and interpreted by one brain. Do not let the filters of one brain keep you from mingling with all the other “me’s and you’s.” Who do “you” wish to communicate with? When you say “dead or alive,” you are only referring to the brain, not the eternal “I” whose infinite little me’s are awaiting your call.

I’m now sober from drugs for almost a year and at first my family was very very happy and proud of me. Now they are saying things that aren’t all that nice and I have done nothing wrong but I need to hear these daily messages because my guides and my higher power are now my best friends.
