There may be days when you sense spirits such as your guides and loved ones quite easily and days when you feel disconnected. Energy flows in cycles, dear one. Flow with it. You cannot force a connection. The line is always open, but your energy centers may not be as open as is necessary for a clear connection. What to do about this? Continue apace with your efforts to radiate all of the highest vibrations, clearing out densities, and when you feel disconnected, love yourself all the more as we do so at the same time.

I was just praying this morning about wanting and needing more of a connection and needing something deeper than a book and building. This message reassured me that they hear me and will teach me. Thank you so much for this message and thank you Spirit for answering me.

I can say that this is true. There are days when I truly feel connected, and I even started receiving messages. And other days I feel so lonely and disconnected. At first it scared me because I thought I had lost my connection with my loved ones and guides, but now I know that we are cyclical! As always, thank you Suzanne and Sanaya. ❤️❤️

I was feeling like I was connecting very well the other day. One of the signs I get from my grandmother is her birthday 11/11. On this day I had been having trouble focusing in meditation. I went for a walk and was listening to one of Suzanne’s podcasts. The person interviewed was talking about how our lived ones and guides are always nearby even if we can’t sense them. As he was saying this I was pulling my phone out of my pocket to sit down. The time on the front was 11:11. Hello Mimo!! you got me!😁
