At times you know you are overdoing it. You push yourself too hard, knowing there will be payback. And yet, you press on. Why? For the fullness of the experience, dear one. You dived in. You lived fully. You came into a body for this. Trial and error. They are called trials for a reason. They are not always in error. You learn as you go and grow as you learn. Do not chastise yourself for putting yourself out there in all your glory. Glory in the experience and move on. Adjust as necessary. This is L.I.F.E. — Love In Full Expression.

This is what I needed to hear…I spend too much time chastising myself for constantly being on the go, not making time to settle and go within…even in my quiet times, my hands are busy with sewing projects. This was a nice reminder about self-acceptance!
suzanne has a 3 minute meditation I love to do in the morning, I can relate because as soon as I open my eyes I am catapulted into the story of my life and after 16 hours of obligations and mundane tasks, I often don’t feel inspired to meditate! I had chronic fatigue for over a decade. I learned to pace myself, but was afraid to live fully due to full on crashes.
