“Dance with me” … three words which make your heart sing when you wish to enjoy the closeness of another. It is a special time of bonding, this act of dancing. Do you know that all of life is a dance? “Dance with me,” Spirit says to you, but will you dance? Many humans are self-conscious and prefer to sit out the dance out of awkwardness, shyness, or a simple lack of joy. But if you can let Spirit lead you, there is nothing to fear, no shame to be had. It requires nothing more than holding out your hand and saying, “Yes, please lead me.” And in this moment of surrender and allowing, you become Self conscious … aware that there is more than the smaller self. As you are then led with grace and ease, you relax enough to enjoy the dance, and it is good.
You are so very loved.
I love to dance, so this is a great analogy for me
I love to dance
I just finished my morning meditation and the thing I was concentrating on was to be more playful and to experience joy. I want to not be so inhibited and contracted around others. Then, I opened this app to read today’s message. How appropriate! Dance was prohibited, growing up in my family. I want to surrender and be playful and not have shame or embarrassment by just being me.
❤️🙏❤️
this is beautiful and just what I needed today!
Today, I am dancing in spirit with my father! He passed away in June 2022 and this morning his photo popped up on my iphone. I know he is so happy and that makes me happy.
This brought to mind the song “Life’s a Dance” by John Michael Montgomery. A sweet song, and one they chose to play at my grandmother’s memorial. Today’s message brought back fond memories and joy understanding that she is still “Here!” :)

My husband and I met at a dance and went every week through college. We liked to dance to Unchained Melody which became our song which we danced to at our wedding. I look forward to dancing with him on the other side. Thank you for your inspiring daily messages.
This touched me; I cannot wait to dance with my wife again also.
I am enjoying the dance! thank you Spirit! thank you Suzanne! sending love and light to all who read this! 💙🌟☮️
my husband and I were separated in 2017 and at our Son’s wedding we danced and some were all for it and others not so much. I said it then and say it now: we were surrounded by a bubble…a protected bubble and it was the most organic event ever. the song that happenstanced on at that very moment to the standing ovation from the younger adults there who were so proud that the “couple” surrendered the hard feelings and “Danced” I’m so very grateful for that dance, bc 2 short years later he passed away from a work related injury. We had mended fences bc of that “Dance” and as the universe does we had finally realized full circle of our “purpose” Three beautiful children and a 25 year marriage with some ripples but a month before he crossed over we had made peace with everything. Again, divine timing. Thank you for this post..💜💜
