Before you were born, I AM. Currently, in whatever state of awareness you find yourself, I AM. Long after the body no longer functions, I AM. What do these two words mean to you? You do not even need to put it into words for there is a part of you beyond words that KNOWS I AM. What is this part? You can seek it and end up going round and round and round looking for something that is as close as your breath. Find it and you will have found immortality. Find it, and you will have found the keys to the Kingdom and all the others within that Kingdom who cannot be anything other than I AM. Do not fear death in yourself or others for one thing is always certain: I AM.

I think that it’s Extremely easy if we water down all of our experiences in this material driven world, I think it’s those little moments where you help a complete stranger and you don’t tell anybody about it and you just keep the good feeling with you. When you make someone laugh and it was the best part of their week and you didn’t even know how much it meant to them. It’s easy to capture it in small moments, I think that’s all we get while we are here. I think the challenge of duality and dealing in physical and emotional hurt is a sort of growing pain for our souls. Just my opinion. I know I’ve been on the brink of suicide and a smile from a stranger on a really hard day was a tiny drop of peace that I needed to keep going. That person will never know this. I think a lot of our influence is unknown to us. that’s why it’s important to be as kind as we can as often as we can. I hope it gets easier for you. 🙂
