Suzanne. This is the Hardest concept for myself. I too am a retired Nurse Corp Officer. I was appointed under a scholarship program at the age of 30. I have an insatiable curiosity. I also see patterns everywhere. I am spiritual by nature and love people. I feel Strongly when I see people suffering. I am empathic often receiving viseral responses to energy around myself. I have learned to disengage to liberally protect myself at times. How do you disengage enough to maintain peace and yet remain balanced enough to help or engage in helping.
Hi dawn, I can relate to having insatiable curiosity. It’s as if there is a driving force inside me that is craving something that is not on this plane. I really enjoyed this channeled message because it reminds me to stop, utilize what I already know and bring positive change to whatever or whomever I can in the now. The best thing you can do for another being, is connect with them. Loneliness is a human condition, however, even a kind gesture to a stranger could be the beginning of fulfilling their life. Self compassion is the biggest staple for us as individuals to further along the loving nature of the human collective. To love yourself is the quickest way towards blessing others. There are many techniques and therapies that can assist with your physical response to certain energetic fields and a balance to connecting with people who need help without having to swallow their grief whole. Dialectical Behavior Therapy has dramatically increased my ability to keep a stable emotional state no matter the environment. It helps retrain the gut response from fright/fight/flight toto asses/think/solve/act. There are a number of YouTube tutorials, I’d start there and also the workbook by Marsha Linehan is incredibly useful and effective in emotionally regulating any past trauma or present pain. Meditation is another important aspect of my personal emotional and spiritual growth and stability. There are answers in the quiet. It takes time, but many guided meditations to assist with obtaining that small still peace inside of us all. I hope this has helped a bit. I don’t mean to sound too preachy, I just understand the difficulties of living with a plethora of emotionally challenging situations. You are a good person and I wish you the best.

The night before I saw this message, I had a dream that I was in a room with a scary spirit and I was full of fear of a young woman. I kept saying out loud, “I love you” over and over until the fear was gone. I was love that conquered the fear.

I’ve been at this rapid pace of searching, be it books, audio books, videos, etc. Searching for answers, truth, any information that can assist me on this spiritual path of evolution.
