You want to know what gift to give to another? Hear them. Appreciate them. Let them know they matter. Is this not what you desire from others? Get outside the boundaries you have erected around yourself. These do not exist in the spirit world, where all know they are the Light of Consciousness and cannot be separated. Could you see this Light in others now with your physical eyes you would rush up to others and soak it up. You can do that now even while blindfolded. Do so and see how this changes things for you.

I’m not sure how I feel about this bc establishing boundaries with certain boundaries have been necessary in finding peace in my life, even stepping away from some.
