“I’m so nervous,” you say, because you have a big date, or a special interview, or are meeting someone of great importance. Where does your discomfort come from? From the fact that you have forgotten that all are Special. None are more special than any other. Power, wealth, prestige … these are all human concepts. One light may burn brighter than another, but light is light, and you are that—free to burn as brightly as you wish. It is the human aspect of you which compares yourself to others and allows these comparisons to make you feel a certain way. Love each other. Allow no comparisons to denigrate the self or raise up any other with thoughts of more or less. All are Special, for all are aspects of God, and you are That.
