Give yourself a break. Is there a habit you are in that truly makes no sense? A demand you are making upon yourself? Will it harm another if you really do not do it every day, every time, every whatever? Will it harm yourself? Does doing it feed some self-imposed record? What are you trying to prove? Have you not already proved it? Who are you trying to impress? Why does that matter and to whom? Would you like to be free of your Belief System? Give yourself a break and see what happens. The world will not end. You will still be here now, and how now feels to you is the result of your choice of thoughts. Be kind to yourself.
