It is so easy to fall into fear when one you love is not well or is suffering.  This is a pattern of behavior learned from your experiences of being human.  You have seen others get sick.  You have experienced the passing of a loved one.  You fall into “What if” mode.  “What if” you remember to breathe?  What if you surrender the conditioned thoughts to Spirit?  What if you remain as much as possible simply as Awareness, remaining in gratitude for the blessings in your life as a way of keeping you present?  The present to you will be more moments of serenity, greater influx of insights from Awareness, your very Source.  Breathe.  Be present.  Fear not.

You are so very loved.
