When you are pedaling a bicycle and you come to a turning point, if you don’t know which direction to go, what do you do?  You stop or you slow down and coast.  If you are driving a car, you may shift into neutral for a moment whilst making a decision, “Which way shall I turn?”  If you were to do this more often between thoughts—simply slow down and coast in neutral, that moment would clear the slate of the busy mind enough to notice insights from higher consciousness that would guide you in making the turn.

Do not be afraid to downshift frequently.  Full speed ahead does not leave much room for adjustments.

You are so very loved.
