Bellows. You use them to fan a flame. You can do the same with your breath to turn up the light of awareness within. Why would you want to do so? This is the essence of your being, yet so often it goes ignored in light of more attractive options. When distracted, it is easy to become stressed. Fanning the flame within with gentle inhalations and exhalations brings awareness back to center. It is not necessary to focus on anything at all. Just notice. Notice things slowing down. Notice yourself feeling more calm and peaceful. Notice that these attributes are always here, as close as your breath.
