“That’s unacceptable!” you declare, and you are setting yourself up to suffer.  The situation is what it is.  It is happening.  Can you change it?  Then by all means, do so.  If it is outside your control, then by declaring it UN-acceptable, you are arguing against, denying, what IS.  This is a recipe for suffering.  To accept something does not mean that you agree.  It simply means you are not fighting against the current reality.  In accepting rather than unaccepting, perhaps new insights in how to deal with the situation may arise.  One thing is certain:  your current reality, in time, will change, for change and time go hand in hand.  This too shall pass.  May you find peace in every moment, for peace lies ever-present beneath time.

You are so very loved.
