Sleep.  It can seem to be an escape, yet it is a very busy time for the mind.  The unconscious mind is working through the tangles whilst the body rests.  The soul is holding meetings and reunions which can work their way into your dreams, but so do your challenges, fears, and recent events from your conscious mind.  Give attention to your dreams.  They have much to teach you, but they can also knock you off balance.  When you return to your full waking awareness, clear your energetic field.  Each moment arises anew.  Don’t carry old baggage around with you.  You are so very loved.
