You are an actor in a drama.  It can be quite tiring to remain “on” at all times.  What do you do to regain balance?  Step off the stage every now and then.  Between acts do something to refresh yourself.  Perhaps you will meditate and clear your energy.  Perhaps you will go for a walk outdoors in full recognition that you are not the actor on the stage.  Take a break to remind yourself you are far more than the drama in which you are involved, otherwise you might just get so caught up in that drama that you forget.  You are so very loved.
