Do not be afraid of what humans call mental illness. What causes the fear? The idea that one will not fit in, be looked at askance, cast aside. Can you feel the effects of such thoughts in the body? When you encounter another who is acting or speaking outside the accepted norm of human behavior, look beyond this and know what the heart knows: beyond the behavior is a soul. Yes, ensure the safety of all concerned, assist as necessary, but see the soul and send love to the part that has lost awareness of its anchor, its light, its inseparable connection to Source. Guide the way with Light. Be the Light and there is nothing to fear.
You are so very loved.
This is really a test of one’s resolve and fortitude,to look beyond the play of someone’s ego mind and recognize the soul beneath
It’s been so long since I’ve heard another soul advocating unconditional compassion, kindness and love. *slow, stutters of a belated sigh nostalgically evoking a long-lost blind faith in humanity since proven foolishly naive – followed by an over-exaggerated, ecstatic child-like wave from the depths of my being through the ends of my fingertips* Hiya LikeOne… what ignites the fire in your soul?
What if the thoughts are to get back to source and leave this world of torture.
I feel your agony. Call the angels and your higher self for guidance. The darkest hour is before the dawn. sending you lots of love ❤️
that’s a really hard place to be and hard for others to understand. I can only say that it can be temporary and to get outside and do as much as you can to self care. Try to write it out and color. Try to find a trauma therapist. Keep trying and keep someone on the phone if it gets too hard. I know that feeling and I have been working for years to overcome it and love myself. It is very hard but you can do it. I loved IFS and EMDR along with neurofeedback. Reach out if you need to. Sending compassion.
with all the politics going on in the world driven by ego this is an important message
very comforting words. Perfect timing also. Thankyou.
I cannot help but to remember Wolf
