Look for the magic. Look for the wonder. Your human side is programmed to be on the lookout for danger. Be aware of this propensity. If you are in no real danger, you can relax. Remember to calm the self with the breath. Yes, be aware of your surroundings, and also be aware of what is going on inside. You are trained for fight or flight. Looking for wonder will balance the human training with the soul’s innate peace. You are so very loved.
Note from Suzanne: Just after Sanaya gave me the words, “Be on the lookout for danger” the smoke alarm went off in our house, snapping me out of meditation. I flew down the stairs to find Ty had overcooked some breakfast potatoes. I returned for the rest of today’s message, laughing at the WONDER of Spirit’s timing. We truly are so very loved!
This was a miracle for me today! due to trauma I live in a constant state of fight or flight. in my menopausal hormonal changes seems to have made this a thousand times worse. The reminder to look at the wander in life felt, to me, like getting the chocolate bar with a golden ticket! Much gratitude goes out to you for putting this into the universe!
Last night, I participated in the monthly HPH- Strictly Signs meeting. One theme during the evening was a reminder to be ‘present in the moment’, which is so similar to ‘look for the magic and look for the wonder.’ We will see the magic and the wonder if we are present in the moment. Thank you so much for this morning meditative thought. In my meditated this morning l to had a similar response to a nagging issue I am currently experiencing. I, too, was made aware it was the “fight or fight” response in our human programming. Now I can better dicern a trigger and address it in a better way.
