Emotions are friends, not enemies. They serve as signposts … indicators that perhaps a choice stands before you. How long you remain with this emotion is up to you. Make a choice. How intensely you feel this emotion is up to you. Choose wisely, for always there is an equal and opposite reaction. How you choose to think about this emotion is up to you, and it will determine the follow-on emotion. You know how it works. You have been here in previous now-moments. Now, in awareness, choose to work with your beautiful emotions—all of them—without labeling them good or bad, and see how much better you surf the waves.
You are so very loved.

So Beautiful💙East Asian Medicine teaches that the emotions reside in their perspective organs, and that emotions are good to experience, but not to cling on to. when one gets stuck on one, this is where stagnation begins, and eventually dis-ease. 🌌☯️🌴
As I still grieve the loss of my sister after so many years, I now realize the choice to leave was hers. It is not for me to cling to loss, but instead celebrate her beauty and her life. I love her and I always. I was blessed to have her in my life.
