If it bothers you, there is meaning. Do you see? You give meaning to that which may have no meaning to another. Giving meaning to experience is how you grow. Or not. Through meaning you make choices, you judge, you act. If something is bothering you, you have assigned the meaning, “This is wrong,” or “This should not be this way.” And perhaps you are right. Or perhaps you are not right in someone else’s mind. It all depends on the meaning assigned, and meaning is malleable. How might that which bothers you change if you change the meaning you give to it?
You are so very loved.
Thank you for this message 💕. I had an interaction yesterday where I felt my expression was being challenged and it set off my ego-defences. When I use this message and look back on it I see more that another’s way of expressing is just: “That is their way”. And in that moment it’s my responsibility to not fall into “defensiveness mode”. Instead, allow all expressions be what they are and I can love them where they are at and love me where I am.
Good explanation. Thank you. 🩵
Thank you! This is exactly what the world is needing to hear right now.
