How often do you give away your power to things and to others? Do you think you cannot tune in to spirit without a specific tool? You can. Do you think you cannot sense those in spirit clearly yourself? You can. It begins with belief and the awareness that you are inseparable from the Life Force that breathes you. As this force is your very nature, learn to trust it more than anything outside of yourself. Yes, use tools. Lean on others, but at the same time reinforce your awareness of the higher self within and work with it moment by moment.
