Distractions will continuously call attention this way and that, up, down, and all around. Will you be a slave to what is out there or a faithful servant to what is in here? And what is in here? Awareness, your most basic essence. It has a will of its own, quite different than that of the role it is playing whilst being Awareness. And so, you get to choose: follow the glittering distractions, abide by Awareness’s bidding, or Door Number Three: Just Be. Isn’t LIFE interesting?

In the early morning of intentional quiet I saw this image of a person walking down a path in the woods and how from time to time I was reminded how I may pick up burrs on my clothing, or at times clothing would get snagged on a thorny branch; yet even with a few hang ups, I was still “on the path” and perhaps in those moments needed to slow down, stop and tend to what was in front of me or within me. The internal musing then eventually went to the power of three and I consciously took an action that was symbolic to this number. Needless to say, when I opened up this mornings message “Door Number Three”, I gave a great belly laugh, feeling connected and heard and cared for, within our beautiful web. This message among others offered through this vehicle have been so direct to questions posed “out there” or “in there”..by myself or even others in my circle haha . I will honour the play and the enjoyment this game of Life is offering in this moment and much gratitude for all involved seen and unsceen making it so XOX. The Just Be, a message I am deeply grateful to RECEIVE and REMEMBER.
