Do you groan when a repetitive task comes up? This is programmed behavior born of a thought or experience that was less than positive and now repeats itself without any thought. Do you know that you can use such tasks as part of your spiritual growth? Remain aware of the body’s reactions and the thoughts that produce them:  slumped shoulders, sighs, constriction. These are merely indicators of thoughts that could be upgraded. How can you use those tasks before you in a beneficial way? These are opportunities to practice presence, to repeat affirmations that reprogram less than positive thoughts, and to give gratitude, thus raising your consciousness beyond the moment.
