Yes, the sense of connection you feel with spirit will ebb and flow. This is the way of waves. At times the sea is flat and calm; at other times the waves crash about. You have not lost your connection with those who have passed or with your own higher self. This is impossible, dear one. It is Spirit that is birthing your very awareness of these words and the breath that breathes you as you read them.
